Talking to reporters after initiating a Hummer dealership. Hope it is strengthened well, to produce no troubles in Bob Lutz’s course of running GM in the land of Paris, we heard it from Lutz himself that the time has come for Hummers to roll out machines in numbers. Not much did he disclose on what sorts of machines we may expect Hummer to release as he stood with his non-declarative statements. But as the sources have it, we get to know the actual count of models may vary between two and three.
GM for having ditched the chapter of the civilian vehicle HMMWV, H1 has given itself a new ground to roll on, by churning out off-road vehicles to renew new dealerships in places where such vehicles are more of a need than luxury. By doing so, it can do good to remove the negative tag of “ American Excess”. As the smaller H3 leads the pack in sales, we believe the Hummers to hit the auto market are going to be developed from scratch that too from basic platforms. To compete with a machine like Jeep Wrangler, not only we think so, but also do the officials of GM. However, we are up for an intriguing script given Hummer needs to do that it hadn’t done anytime earlier- marketing a product which is its namesake originally.
